Authentic living comfort meets sunshine, happyness and fun. We have been looking after our regular guests and friends of the Alpine landscape at our House Sylivia for many years. About 10 minutes walk North of Sölden is an idyllic spot in a sunny location. Discover this original holiday home for yourself. Our holiday appartments have one double room, a living room with two additionals beds, kitchen, shower and WC, TV, telephone and radio. Towels and bedding are provided.
We are happy to find special arrangements and individual offers for you.

Prices per day and appartment exclusive of local tax (€2.10) and final cleaning.
For stays of 1-3 nights we charge a supplement from € 12, - per person per day.
We are happy to provide you with one parking space per holiday appartment free of charge.
Pets upon request and at extra cost.
Charge for dogs € 15,– per day.
Guestes can use the Spa area "Aqua Vitalis" at the Hotel Regina free of charge.
